According to the information I found on your player you have to use the included software. See below.

Photo Browser
– supports photo files converted and transferred to the device through the included Sansa Media Converter software.

Go to this website for the users manual, you can download it here:

Good Luck, I hope this helps

How do i fix my jpeg error #52 problem? exact and simple steps plz

It can be two issues,

First one is that the picture is corrupted.

Second is that it can be because of incorrect JPEG images in the database. For example, if you have a BMP image file named image.jpg and you add it , you'll get an error.

How do you delete photos from Sansa e200 MP3 Player?

If you go into Windows Media Player, you have to change the Library option from Music to Photos and THEN go into the Sync tab - should now display photos instead of music.

Alternatively, you can double-click My Computer, double-click the icon of the Sansa, and find the images or picture folder - you may have to change your usb mode to msc in order to view this folder (don't forget to change it back later, or not all of your files will show up when you want them to). ONLY delete image files - if you delete system files, your mp3 player will become unusable.

Or, you can follow the method reccomended by your manual - the full user's manual is available from Sanidsk's website:
Delete Photos and Video
The photos are stored in 2 locations on your Sansa…My Album and
Thumbnails. The instructions below for deleting photos and video from your
player were created using Windows XP with Windows Media Player 11.
To delete photos from your Sansa, please execute the following steps:
1) Connect your Sansa e200 to your computer
2) Select Open device to view files using Windows Explorer on initial
connection
3) Click the drive containing your photos
4) Click on the photo folder.
5) Highlight and delete the photos stored in My Computer\Sansa
e200\...\Photo\My Album and My Computer\Sansa
e200\...\Photo\thumbnail\My Album.

This will help.Good Luck.

My sansa e250 having video option, but it not supot any video file to play on the player.

Hello,

When your operating system on the computer is Windows:
Run the Sansa Firmware Updater to get the Sansa Media Converter: http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/101/related/1

When your operating system on your computer is Mac, or when you want to update manually:
go to the Sansa forum: http://forums.sandisk.com/sansa/board?board.id=e200

note
Only when you have the e200 series version 2 player, videos can be viewed from the microSD card.
Accessing the microSD card:

Highest capacity of the microSD card:
Verify the version of the player. To check, go to Settings > Info.
For 01.xx.xx firmware (e200 version 1) - up to 2GB microSD cards
For 03.xx.xx firmware (e200 version 2) - up to 16GB microSDHC cards

My e260 is saying "load main image failed switch to recovery mode" what that means

Load main image failed, this is a firmware error, (this does not have software like a computer)

Recovery mode, the player tried to recover from the error.

The player has firmware updates that where put out by the MFG because of problems.

You have to read the manual, carefully and follow it to the T.
because you need to update the firmware on the player.

This is there website.

Whenever i try to save images from internet explorer, it saves in bmp format and the name suggested is "Untitled.bmp". even the file has a proper name. I tried deleting temperory files. deleting dowloaded...

Did you try to delete the image itself and send it to your trash. Also check in control panel for add/remove. If by chance it is there you can remove it. I hope this can help.

Toshiba\corona\start.bg.bmp Not Found.

That is an image file, it may have been moved or deleted, looks like from the file path it's a background image. If you want a quick solution you could just re-install the software. If you're feeling techy go into MS paint (start, programs, accessories, paint) open a new image paint the background black and save it as a .bmp called start.bg then place the file in the Toshiba\corona voila you've replaced the file...
