My cell phone has a symbol that looks like a small car in the middle of the screen. I cannot make a call without using my ear piece. How do I get this fixed?

1. SINCE NO ONE HAS A FIX FOR THIS ISSUE. I HAVE ONE THAT WORKS BUT THE ISSUE SHOULD AND MUST BE DONE BY THE MANAFACTURS OF BOTH PRODUCTS. THE FIX GOES LIKE THIS A COST YOU NOTHING IF YOU HAVE A CELL PHONE: WITH MOST CELL PHONES YOU GET A COMBINATION EAR PIECE AND MIC ALL ON A SMALL BLACK CABLE THAT PLUGS INTO YOU CELL PHONE FOR HANDS FREE SERVICE. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TAKE THE PART OF THE CABLE THAT HAS THE MIKE AND ALSO HAS A BLACK PLASTIC PART THAT YOU WOULD USE TO HOLD THE MIKE ON YOUR SHIRT AND WITH THAT PLASTIC HOLDER CLAMP THE MIC AT THE VERY END OF THE ARM THAT HAS THE TURTLE BEACH MIC JUST BEFORE THE SOFT FOAM COVER WITH THE MIC FACING IN TOWARDS YOUR MOUTH. PLUG IN THE VERY SMALL EAR PIECE INTO YOUR EAR JUST LIKE YOU WHERE GOING TO USE IF WITH YOUR CELL PHONE. PLACE THE HEAD SET FROM TURTLE BEACH ON LIKE YOU NORMALY WOULD AND PLUG IN THE END OF THE CELL PHONE MIC CABLE INTO THE SLOT ON YOUR TURBO FIRE TWO CONTROLER AND AWAY YOU GO. THE EAR PIECE IS SO SMALL THAT YOU WILL NOT EVEN FEEL IT IN YOUR EAR, THIS WAY YOU GET ALL OF THE GREAT SOUNDS FROM THE HEAD SET AND CAN ADJUST ITS VOLUME BUT YOU CAN ALSO CHAT THRU THE MIKE AT THE SAME TIME. IT WORKS GREAT AND DOES SOLVE THE ISSUE IN A RUBEGOBLDERG SORT OF A WAY. WE STILL NEED IT CORRECTED FROM THE FACTORY. IF YOU ARE PLAYING TWO WORLDS TWO THEN YOU KNOW ME AS DEEP RESERVE WHERE I USED THIS COMBINATION WHEN IN THE MARSHLAND LEVELING UP.

Go to user profiles turn off handsfree or headset (could be either)

Just change the charging socket(charging interface).

Hai, if you see symbol headset on display screen, open your set, clean that pcb on charger n connector area, some time this happen during splash water. if pin of connector do not tuch on board, headset or car symbol will be apear on screen, ringtone cant be function thru loud speker.. But if problem still happen, maybe tone in need to change.

That symbol is the MUTE, you need to find out how to remove the Mute. Have a look in your manual. Download link below.

There are 3 solutions 1st you can take it to where you bought the phone and they can replace it if your warranty is still valid or if you have insurance on your phone. 2nd you can take the phone apart (open where the screen is) i suggest only doing this if you are sure you can put it back together and check the ear piece, if it has dirt on it try to remove it, but be gentle. Also if there is nothing visible that looks like it got disconnected its broken and you need a new ear piece. 3rd get one of those headsets and use it like that
