It can be dirty ID sensor it retires the image unit and it cleans it… This happens when mylar of the cleaning unit is damaged…

Clean your charge roller and developing unit, and replace the developer, after this, go to 2801 (TD sensor initial setting) , then press start, and then to 2805 (developer initialization), after this go to 3001 press start for id sensor PWM setting.

Your problem in the developer unit parts.Please cleane the unit and process the auto process control and the developer initialization settings,Clean the charge corona roller and the transfer belt,and see the used toner bottle(located under transfer section).

First try cleaning the Id sensor. If this doesnt help then its probably the Photo conductor wearing out or very dirty or worn charge roller.

You can have an arching yellow charge, a bad contact, etc.
It is the high voltage portion of the yellow drum unit.

SC350-01 error code

Probably just a dirty "ID sensor". If you remove the drum (carefully) and set aside. Open the right cover, and towards the back of the machine above where the drum sits there is a small LED sensor mounted pointing down toward where the drum sits. Clean this with a tissue, put back drum and try.
If this fails, then the sensor is bad (or broken wire), or there is a circuit board problem (serious). Either IOB board or High voltage board.

Your scanner should be checked by a technician to determine what is causing the error. There isn't any calibration or troubleshooting that can be done unless you have scanner parts.
