The remote model number doesn't help directly. This remote controls several Sanyo TVs including the DP46142 and DP32242. Manuals Lib has the owner's manual (copyright 2012) here: https://www.manualslib.com/products/Sanyo-Dp46142-77711.html . Press Menu (below and to the left of the arrow keys). Select Setup (the icon that looks like a satellite dish) using the left/right arrows. Press the down arrow and go to ANT/Cable setup. Press OK (in the center of the arrow keys). Use the left/right arrow keys to make sure that the Ant In line is set to Antenna. Press OK. Go down to Auto Setup and press OK. Choose from All Channels, Analog Channels and Digital Channels and press OK again. Select Apply and press OK when the scan is finished. (All channels and Digital Channels will work the same way since most analog channels are no longer broadcasting.) See https://www.manualslib.com/manual/306779/Sanyo-Dp32242.html?page=22#manual . Note: digital channels will not display if the signal strength is low. You may need a different antenna or a different antenna placement. See antennaweb.org or tvfool.com for suggested station transmitters.
I hope this helps.

(note: the physical buttons on the TV should work to navigate the menu. Use the channel buttons for Up/Down and volume for left right. The OK button is the Input button.)
Your TV must be set in cable mode for channels higher than 69, and your cable provider must allow those channels to be received without a cable box. Menu, Channels, switch air to cable, run auto scan. If it receiving those channels unencrypted, it will find those channels.
It sounds like that the TV was set to skip certain channels. You need to rescan for channels or manually edit the channel list. To manually add channels, press Menu on the TV (or the equivalent key on the Sony remote if you found a code that works). Then use the Up/Down arrows (channel change keys) to select Ch Scan Memory + . Then enter the number of the channel (numerically or up and down arrows). Press + (volume + key) to change the setting from Deleted to Added or vice versa. Since you do not have the original remote, I'm not sure if the Sony remote will match the Reset key of the original remote. Unfortunately without that key being pressed twice, you can't reset the entire channel list and cause the channel search to begin automatically.
The manual for the DS19330 TV is here: http://www.sanyotv.com/DS19330%20%28ESF%29%203764--.pdf . (I'm assuming you haven't recently added cable after only receiving only OTA signals. If you have changed inputs like that, you need to go through the menu and change the source.) Menu > Cable or Air .
Be sure your cable is hooked up good and if you did not auto scan you must do this (auto scan) Found in the menu setup. Use the remote and press menu and it is usually found easily. Highlight the auto scan and start the scan usually by pressing volume +
This sounds like a capacitor fault, although I would not know which one. Most likely in the power supply. You Could try switching on and leaving on for a little while, ie about two or three hours. This may charge this capacitor up.
Alternately, you should take it to a TV engineer to have it fixed.
Hope this helps.
Look at Remote menue see if you can do a scan for channels. Once it collects the information it will save the channels. You need to have it SCAN for digital signals.
u need a stronger antena , best check without the converter box and see if u get chanels , if u do hookup the antena to the converter box then to the tv and do the scan again , move the antena to diferent places
