We have a Leapster 2 less than 1 year old. It turns on but on the select "your name" screen it doesn't do anything from there. Do you know what the problem could be or what we can try?

We have the same problem and our leapster is only 2 days old.Do Touch
Screen Calibration,it should help.I do it everytime for my son when he
wants to play and it does help...But once u turn leapster off,u'll have
to calibrate it again next time...
Just hold down hint button while turning on.When the Leapster menu
screen appears,press the A button.Touch each of the crosshairs that
appear with the stylus.restart unit. ..That what we do everytime.
Go to your leapfrog connect through your pc and click on your child's name then the left side on the bottom where it says "on this leapster" when you click that it'll show you a list of everything that's been downloaded onto the device, if you need to reinstall the app you can do it there and at the very bottom you can click "check for new downloads" if there's an app/game that should be there but isn't... hope that helps, I had the same problem and that's how I fixed it. and here are some free codes: free book 5813 1140 1518 1314 alphabet stew game 5813 0709 4610 4973
My son has had the leapster 2 for 3days and it wont show the free download anymore i have tried to redownload it but it wont stay checked to get it from computer to leapster what can i do?
