How can I find out how old my Blodgett convection oven is with a serial #0190Y2479102
I'm thinking late 70's or early 80's - we're needing a wiring diagram for our repair man.

The serial number is under the left side door behind the cover. Open the doors take out the two phillips head screws which go into the top of the lower cover, one on each end just inside the door hinge, the lower cover will remove to the front.
