Make sure you plug your speakers into the green port of the audio card. One port is aplified and one is non aplified. On some cards they have 5.1 output and usually the green is the front.

No sound in browsers since Windows xpwas reformated

Go to start, and hit Control Panel.

There should be an option that looks like "Sound Settings" or something of the sort.

In this window, verify that your default sound device is your speakers for your computer.

There are leads that need to be connected to your computer for the Front, Rear, and Subwoofer speakers Not all motherboards have all of these connections Your Logitech manual shows how to connect the speakers correctly if you do not have all of the connections on your motherboard

Were can i install drivers for my speaker. i have just reformated and the speakers don't work

Speakers don't have drivers.
You need drivers for the audio/sound adapter in your computer that the speakers plug into.

If the speakers plug into an add-on card, open the case and note the make and model of the card. Go to the manufacturer's website, download and install the audio driver.

If the speakers plug into the motherboard (e.g. the plug is situated near the computer's USB, keyboard and mouse plugs) then you need to look up the system or motherboard at the manufacturer's website and get the driver from them.

I hope this helps.
