Hello guys. Im in México and I cannot setup a KX-TDA0188XJ digital trunk card (E1) bougth here in México. I bought the Panasonic KX-TDA100 PBX from a U.S. dealer. Im using the TDA Maintenance console v3.2. I can access the card configuration option but I cannot access the port configuration option in the maintenance control software (via USB). Everybody its telling me that the problem is a compatibility issue. Can somebody help me to resolve it?

and so on.I normally buy mine from there.

Remember it must be a US Version of the maintenance console

make sure that your service provider has installed 3 individual lines into the building
check that the 3 incoming lines are not all together in the plug at the wall

Changing names already in the system
that is the phone model, Victoria, look on the "brains" in the closet and post question with the system type like... kx-tda100, or whatever the system has on the cover. & we can try. pretty simple once you give the system type.

Interconecting 2 Panasonic KX-TDA 200 & KX-TDA600
You are asking for some very advanced setup features, as far as connecting them you need the IPGateway cards. They are cat5 cards that will do the trick. However programming the setup to do what you want will be VERY time consuming and not to easy to walk someone through. On-site tech is highly recommended for that much programming and work.
