Si vous avez un scanner num?rique tel que le Sharp AR-M207, vous saurez qu'un jour, vous rencontrerez peut-?tre de petits probl?mes comme «appeler le service H4-00 ou L4-11». Appeler un technicien peut s'av?rer inutile ou co?teux, vous pouvez donc le faire vous-m?me.
Si vous photocopiez ou num?risez un document et que l'erreur «Call for Service H4-00» se produit, le red?marrage de votre appareil est la seule option possible. Et ci-dessous vous explique comment red?marrer votre copieur.

Nous devrons passer en mode simulation en appuyant sur # * C * 14 (HARSH - STAR - C - STAR - 14), puis en appuyant deux fois sur le bouton de copie. La machine red?marre et le code d'erreur cesse de s'afficher.

memory error, pls press the copy key to see what the sub code is...if 04 appears, eeprom problem failure....try to cancel using simulation 16.

H4 error indicates the fuser is faulty and should be replaced.

L6 = Polygon Motor Lock Detection

Polygon motors are not serviceable items.

Try switching the machine off/on. If the code doesn't clear then you will need to get the motor replaced. Quite often the motor will have made a screeching or rattling noise before it fails.

salut ! le code H4 c'est une erreur qui vient du fuser ( la ou le papier passe et les rouleaux deviennent chaud)

Il faudrait checker la lampe de chauffage et voir si elle est intacte,
la deuxieme possibilite est le fuse de prevention de haute chaleur, (thermofuse)
