Frigidaire Affinity washer was giving an error code of E20. We followed the recommendation of other users, and cleaned out the filter where the water drains out. We tilted the machine on it's sid

It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors due to feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven starting from the flow of water into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the water at the point of the program cycle. If this does not happen then the voltage at the valve/motor/pump must be checked or the fault relates to no voltage from the controller. This means the controller is a suspect.

If the water flows though the inlet then the flow pressure should be good, if not the inlet valve is bad or there is dirt in the filter. Also check the flow at the inlet of the water line. Once the water comes into the system the WATER LEVEL SENSOR - normally a pressure switch- must activate at the preset/chosen level to give the signal to the program controller to switch on the motor. What is most important for the motor to start functioning is that the door switch must be ON when the door is shut or this will be an error for starting the motor for rinse and wash.

My Frigidaire affinity washer front-end loader will not start. All hoses are fine, electrical is working fine, all doors are closed. I push start button and PAU flashes, That normal click or locking...

You may need to check the drain pump for anything that could obstruct the flow of water,or stop the impellar wheel from turning.if there is standing water in the unit you can use a wet dry shop vac to drain the water out by attatching it to the end of the drain hose.if you remove any of the hoses from the drain pump ther will still be some water that comes out.

Make sure to also check the boot that is coming from the bottom of the tub and make sure that the coin trap is not clogged.

The front panel has to be removed in order to get to the drain pump.I hope this helps good luck will be looking for any furher questions.

Front loader washer machine will not drain all water from rinse cycle

I would check the pump for objects, clean the filter, look into the hose adjacent to the pump for objects slowing the flow. I have a manual for you: HERE

Washer stops with a E 10 error several times during wash cycle Frigidaire -Electrox Front Load Washer Model GLTF2940FSC

this is a general error code.the first thing you need to check is the drain pump, and look for anything that may be obstructing the flow of water coming out.

if you still hav water in the tub you can use a wet/ dry shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain hose and remove all the water then you need to remove the front panel and look at the drain pump

Timer Stalling

I would check the water hoses for twisting, make sure the water faucets are turned on all the way, and check the filters at the washer end of the hoses to make sure they are clean. I would also check the drain system to make sure it is clean and the machine is draining well.
