Hello. Able to turn phone on and off, however,

Problem with Motorola Razr V9:
Able to turn phone on and off, however, some keys do not work and simply vibrate when pressed. Calls are received but cannot answer them if flip open. Unable to dial out, green key does not work.

There is this type of troubleshooting you can try Flash your phone ( renstall phone program) because it is behaving as if the (EPROM) is corrupted .

When i turn my razer2 v9 on it displays the m on the screen and the keys light up but thats as far as it goes. i pulled the battery out and even got a new battery but still nothing
I had this problem when i first got my razr. Sometimes it works, you just need to hold down the power button again, and wait a while. It took me two or three tries to get it.
