I WANT GET BUSHES FOR A WT SAW

You can open it and check if the cord somehow disconnected from the base of the small speaker inside. , if it is burned out then you will need new ones.

Remove black rubber look for the 2 two mounting bushes on either side and fasten the drive gear in a vise and unscrew the head nut at the front then pull the mechanism out completely.

Try to reach your manufacturer. I can't find a source of band saw parts for your band saw. But there are websites that custom made bearings .

most like its damp, or the bushes need replaced, check the fuse in plug and also at source meter board for a triped fuse

you have armature problem,burned,shorted

easy take the suspension arms off ,buy the bushes then take the lot to a engineering shop to have them pushed in with a big press ,i have done it by cutting the metal casing with a hack saw then pulling the new ones in with a long nut and bolt ,thick washers and all that but for the cost let someone else do it unless your out in the outback miles from anywhere

I feel the same way about my DW718. Seems really underpowered and bogs down on a 45 degree cut despite a new diablo blade.

where you saw blue it sounds like your blue crt is shorting out could be just the video amp so
i would suggest you have a tech look at it for and estimate

The first picture is the only one I could find of your saw.
All saws are fitted with carbon bushes that contact the armature of the electric motor.
In time the carbon which conducts the electricity wears down, as they disintegrate there are particles of broken carbon connect with the armature giving an intermittent burst of power, eventually the bushes no longer contact the armature and the saw does not work at all.
The next photos show the approximate position of the cover to access the bushes, there is one one each side of the housing.

They usually unscrew and expose the spring plate the bush is mounted on, gently pull this out.
As you can see the bush is worn in a concave shape, and that the wide side is breaking up.
If this is your problem then take the bush and model number of your saw to a supplier or spare parts shop or the hitachi web site to get replacements.
