I have a manual for a Dayton 3E218E. If you want a copy email me at [email protected] and put "HEATER MANUAL" in the subject line. I can scan it in and email it back to you. This manual is for 2E510F, 2E511F, 3E218E and 3E219E. I also found a great web site for parts for all these models as well:

Dayton space heater 350,000 btu

Sounds like you have a bolwer motor or fuel pump that has bad bearings, as it runs, it starts to bind up, and get to the point where it is pulling to much juice to turn it, and the fuse does it's job and blows?
If you could give be a bit more detail, I can help you furthur.
Please rate the new guy :)
And get back to me, so we can get the problem fixed for you.
Lets get this fixed.
Sincerely,

Need new ignitor for 110,000 btu oil heater...

http://www.bealsmotor.com/

This web site has been a great help for all my Dayton heater parts. They have all the parts straight from the owners manual with prices. It shows the picture of all the parts just like the owners manual and how they all go together. Good Luck!

Wat the hell is wrong with my dayton heater?170,000 btu oil fired...wont stay runnin?on shut down puffs like a mutha....

Most use a spark plug to ignite fuel it could need cleaning. You also could have water in fuel or dirt
check and clean ignitor/spark plug clean fuel line and nozzle, drain and clean tank Check for water in fuel by tilting unit to have a low corner siphon fuel from that corner after 1 hr inspect for water.

DAYTON 210,000 BTU OIL-FIRED HEATER WON T LIT UP

You write "FUEL SPRAYING AND FAN WAS WORKING"

If the fan was working, but the fan is not working now after replacing the whole kit, then something was installed incorrectly during the installation, possibly the rotor gap or rotor thickness is not correct or vane/vanes installed 90 degrees off.
