How do i put pics onto my media player

Im trying to put pictures and videos onto my mustek pvr-h140.
im not sure how to do it, it came with 2 cds which i have installed but not sure what to do with them, the 1st cd is the installation cd and the other has videostudio7 and photoexpress4.

i have drag and dropped a picture into the harddrive folder and my computer shows its on the hard drive on the mustek but when i turn it on it shows there are no pictures.

I have pics on mine, from media player 10, but when I open them they freeze or totally screw up, therefore I have to reset the player, because no functions will work including off. How do I fix this.

I connected mine without using any sotware, using a usb cable and it shows up as a drive letter "K" on mine,then the folders or files that i want i just copy them then paste them whereever i want on the pvr for example i copied a folder containing about seventy mp3s and pasted it into my music on the pvr,hope this helps.

NEED DRIVERS FOR MUSTEK PVR-H140

HI,
the drivers for the unit are available at http://www.nodevice.com/driver/_PVR-H140/get33981.html

you can use the unit as an external drive, you will need to connect the it to your computer via usb then power it up, after 30 seconds or so it should show up on "My Computer" as an extra drive.

if it doesn't show then the internal battery could be flat, though it will charge via the usb if the power is off (red light on when charging) or use the supplied power adapter.

Frozen in "Initalize"

you need to go to musteks website and download the following file pvr-h140_restore_files.zip from product support area

that should get your pvr working again ?.

yeah, man, i did the same. cracked the glass, without damage to the screen, and then just made one myself, cutting it out from a cd-box and then glued it on :)

How do you convert video to work on the PVR-H140?

The PVR h140 works on mpeg1 or mpeg4 format. If you need to convert avi files for example you will need a third party conversion programme such as Nero7 or similair free programmes.
