Black screen - won't turn on

Probably memory stick(s). Are you comfortable taking a laptop apart to get at the memory sticks? If not, take it to a repair shop BUT at 9 months old, most units have a 1 year warranty. Contact the mfg with your purchase date, etc.

Return the laptop to the place of purchase because you still have warranty coverage, any tampering will void warranty.

Check the power source. If the battery of the vehicle has not enough charge, this may happen. Check it. The problem is with its working voltage itsef. OK.

your battery is gone requires new one.

I have the same issue did u ever figure out how to fix it?

try holding the power button down for 15 to 20 seconds - that worked for mine!

where did u get it fix because i have the same problem my green light says is on but i can turn on my screen and i also try to reset it but it wount let me do any thing

Try turning it off and turning it back on while it is still plugged in and see if that works.

Ditto... except my daughter is 10. Both screens remain black, are fully charged and green light stays on for more than 4 minutes.
