Washer fills won't spin or agitate
1..replaced water fill vallve
2..replaced relay
3..replaced lid switch assemby
4..replaced motor run relay
the ony thing left i think is the control board..but why does every thing else work including the dryer really don't want to spend $200.00 for a board and then it still does'nt work. NEED HELP Oh yeah i also jumped a wire across the relay and yes the motor does run.
Well i am having about the same problem, but mine won't even fill, the dryer works but the washer won't fill or turn on at all. my husband had it all apart, too the control assembly to parts place and they said that hardly ever goes bad so it is still sitting unusable with no answer or money to spend on it in site.
Maytag Model ISE7804AAE smells like something is burning. Dryer works fine, just had the belt replaced on the dryer.
Washer will not stop filling even if i shut off the power.
The only way i can stop the water from fillling is to shut off the valves.
What is the water capacity of a Maytag stackable washer/dryer model number LSE7806ACE?
OSHA recommeds washing linenes soiled with body fluids in a 10 to 1, water to bleach ratio.

There is one more part that needs to be checked. The water control valve may very well be faulty. The motor will not engage unless it receives a signal. The water control valve is a pressure switch that stops the water flow and activates the motor. One set of contacts is faulty.

Thanks Tech17, model..lsg1000 ss#530466vx stackable about 17years old yes motor runs when you self ingage the motor relay. Fills fine but won't do anything after that checked the voltage to the motor relay reads 22.4 to 22.6 when in spin cycle but won't engage contacts.Dryer works fine.
Well got home today and disconnected the four post motor relay again pulled cover off back re-installed so i could watch the relay working...guess what did two loads of wash and still going. This machine has had me losing sleep gald i din't spend $200 on a board, still not sure what happen but wife is happy!

I have a lse7804aae keeps poping the fuse I was advised too change the water fill valve and it is still doing the same thing just lasted about 10 loads before it poped
mine is a LSE7806A model, not that old, but was working one day and the next wouldnt' even turn on. the dryer works but not the washer. my husband has it all torn apart but nothing seems to help. took the control knob for the washer to a parts place to be tested but they said that part hardly ever goes. there is water going to the washer but it won't fill or make any sound. any suggestions please?
my machine is at least 10 years old and it will not spin. It smells like burning rubber when the spin cycle comes on. I think something needs a tweek, but i do not know where to beging. It makes sounds like its spinning but the wah does not spin. I think a belt is loose or somehow got jolted in the movement of the washer???? help
hey kev be happy to help no at this moment im not sure you need a control bd how old is you unit and just exactly what is your problem and give me a complete model num sorry i see your problem during all this can you hear the motor run well see that too give me your complete mod num off the serial plate have you checked the belt ill check the service manuel from the factory and get back to you hold your cash for now
