There's probably a port for a cable to attach...USB/HDMI/? Depends on the camera. Try to figure out the attachments needed on each end, and order that cord from Amazon. Or, just take your camera to Best Buy and let them help you. Normally, once you attach the cable to the camera and computer; your computer will recognize it. Then transfer the pics to a designated folder for viewing. Hope this helps.
Two ways - either attach the camera to a spare USB port on the computer with the supplied lead, and treat the camera as a satellite drive, or else remove media device and use a separate card reader to copy the images to the computer.
If you have USB cable for your camera, just connect it to the computer and you will receive a transfer window, just click ok then pictures will be uploaded to your computer.
you may also use card reader then insert your card, connect it to the computer then the same procedure as above.
Clara,
attach the data cable that came with the camera to the camera and the PC.
the PC will immediately recognize your camrea and load its drivers.
it will open a window asking you what to do next.
it will also give you an option whereby you can either remove the pics from the camera otr let stay there.
select the pictures that you want to xfer to the PC and send them by email.
alternatively you can select all to get all pics on your PC.
If your camera has built in memory, then attach you camera to your computer using the usb cable that came with the camera. Turn the camera on, then the 4010 should show as a drive on your computer. If you have software installed from samsung, it may automatically recognize the camera and begin guiding you through the process of downloading your images from the camera.
This can cause by a bad usb cable that you're using to connect the camera to the computer, so better try to use another USB cable and also connect the camera to another USB port on your computer so we can check if the USB port is bad or not...
We had trouble uploading to our mac, especially with videos. A camera store guy suggested using a card reader instead of uploading through the camera -- it's much faster. Hope this helps.
