This is a situation where you need to hear the noise. In a car it can be slipping belts, or water pumps. On a bike I have heard is as a leak in the exhaust gasket. Hot gases blowing out 'squeaked. Other ideas here, it is a known issue.

Buy a spray can of silicone lubrication and spay the hinges wipe off any over spray rotate the door 3 -4 times also clean door seals thoroughly, repeat if necessary.
The horrible high pitched squeaky sound in a lincoln oven could be coming from the moving parts more so from the main fan motor positioned at the back or it could be from conveyor drive system. In both you got to dismantle the motors if at the back replace the motor bearings.
At the back of the printer is a door. Open door and put some very thin oil(firearm or sewing machine oil works well) either sides of the shaft that the black rollers are on.
very possible if squeaks in agitation top springs that hold tub needs greased under spring & plastic shield under spring. had same problem on big front loaders whirlpool
