Frigidaire double convection wall ovens, model GLEB30T9DSA ... The top oven will not heat, both the bottom element and the broiler.....

I have the Frigidaire PLEB30S8CCA single wall oven. About 3 months ago the baking element appeared to have gone out. We replaced it, but still didn't work. We ended up sending our control board off to a company named Corecentric. They fixed the problem and returned it to us. The oven has worked perfectly ever since. I searched extensively for a new one, but no one sold them anymore. I found Corecentric on Ebay. They were able to confirm over the phone that it was more than likely a control board issue. It cost about $130. My husband was able to do it himself by taking a couple before px and using them when reassembling it.

Oven made pop noise now won t heat

It sounds like the control board blew out. I have had a couple of these just blow like that lately. The bake and broil wont work. . Check for any bad wiring but the control board is most likely the culprit.

Hi Brian, thank you for your post!

Sounds like the either both bake and broiler element may be faulty or a potential wiring failure to the elements. You may want to connect with a local servicer who will be best equipped to pinpoint the problem. If you don't know a qualified technician, you can use the service locator option on the manufacturer site to find one near you.

Broiler wont light everything else works..model ffgf3023lwa

Hi Chris Stewart - If the bake element and the top of the range works, but just not the heating element, then you possibly have a bad broiler element or connection. However, if you are experiencing other performance difficulties, then the control board may possibly be faulty and needs replacing. Consult a professional for an accurate diagnosis.

Burner element broken

Hi friarjp - I am happy to assist you. First, I will need your model number to better address the issue at hand. With this information I can verify which part you need exactly. Is it the right, left, back or front burner element or are you referring to the bake and/or broiler element.

I have a Frigidai #RG35HW*1 , the oven won't come on, not on bake, broil, preheat, nothing. But everything else works, the burners, the light, the clock/timmer. Just not the oven. Is it something simple...

evene thought he clock timer is functioning it may still be bad and not operate the oven or broiler.this should be replaced they can cost up to 140.00 dollars.also check to make sure that the elements are good if they are good then they clocktimer does need to be replaced

Oven wont lite or work

You say it will not lite ? I must think you have a gas range and you most likely have a bad ignitor. If the range is electric you may have a bad bake element. You can change this easily from inside the oven. Simply unplug the range, then inside you will see the bake element on the bottom of the oven. You will find two screws holding it in. Remove the two screws and gently pull the element out of the hole. I will have two wires attached. You can remove the wires by simply pulling them off, some will be screwed to the element. You can then check the element with a voltage meter for continuity. If you have none the element is bad. Hope this helps and feel free to call if you need further help.
