The answer to your specific question is the 2nd instruction below...I've also included two other settings:
Here are the 3 main crown positions
you need to know once you unscrew it from its locked down
position:
1) unscrewed, it can be manually wound, in one direction
[clockwise}...20 to 30 half-turns seems to be good to get it through
the night.
2) then, pulled out one small stop, the date can be advanced by turning the crown towards you (ie, counterclockwise)
3) pulled out one more stop, the time is adjusted by turning the crown.

hey, i am a new owner of a pro diver, i had unscrewed the crown to change date and time, now the crown isn't going back down completely, do i rotate it when i makes the clicking sound, or the other way?
