I got kenmore 70 series. it doesnot spin but it

ahhhh..... it has a depict.... try to contact its owner to return it and replace a new one....

call a repairman locally possibly dirty contacts on the timer

many machine spin a full tub as they are pumping the water out
this helps to even out the washing load and reduce the unbalance situation
when the water is removed , the machine progresses the program to a high speed spin
call a technician as there may be a problem in the program board

Ok.you need tro make sure that its pumping out okay...if not check the filter..then pump..

You have a bad lid switch . Try inserting something into the hole on the top and see if that starts the machine in drain/spin . If not , still bad lid switch . If so , tells you still bad lid switch .

sounds like the timer to me
