When I change the channel on the tv the audio only stays on one channel. No matter what channel I change it too, the audio only comes from GTV. It's been hooked up to my insignia surround sound system w/ sub/woofer for about a year and today I cannot get any sound out of the tv at all. Not through surround sound or tv itself. The dvd on the surround sound player produces sound through the surround sound speakers and my WII produces sound through them as well. The channel and volume buttons on the side are not wroking. Its almost like my son hit a button to disconnect all volume. HELP! I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING!!!!

i have white screen on this tv no matter which input it could be on cable /tv or hdmi, dvd,etc tv stays on white screen but audio is good.. how do i fix this??? the tv dont show channels changes or setup when using control just a blank white screen.
Do you have audio and if so can you change channels to hear other programs? If so ...you have a bad vertical IC. Have a tech turn up the screen control to see a white horizontal line. By your question I would say this will correct the problem.
Sounds as though the tank sensor is faulty. Access through top of petrol tank, note the wiring colours and position. Lift out and check condition of float and the rheostat wiring and slider. Get a replacement from EB spares
Usually the fix for that on a RCA or GE TV is to go into the menu (the button in on the front of the TV) and find channel settings and let the TV autoprogram itself. This should fix the issue.
