Error code 117-363 machine runs but will not do anything accept give the error code

OK 6 Power cycle the printer, and when the printer
restarts it displays the error 117-363 Until we have a firmware update that corrects
the problem, here is the recommended method for recovering: 1 With power off, press and
hold UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously and power on the printer 2 When the printer starts in
Service Mode, select Fax/Scanner and press OK 3 Press the Down arrow button
until you get to BackUp Data and press OK
If a customer sets the Manual Feed Paper Type
to a value other than Plain in the Copy Defaults, the printer will display the
error 117-363 at next power up.

1. Power off the printer
2. Whilst holding down the up and down arrows, power on the printer
3. When prompted for CE Mode Password, press the down arrow twice then Press OK
4. Press down arrow and select "Fax/Scanner Diag", Press OK
5. Press down arrow and select "BackUp Data", Press OK
6. Select "All Clear", Press OK
7. When it says "Ready", Press OK
8. When it says "Complete", Press Back until you're back at the "Fax/Scanner Diag"
9. Press down arrow to select "Complete", Press OK
10. When it says "Complete?", Press OK
The printer will reboot itself and you should be back to normal again.
