Hi:
This error code refers to "The TV-Out port of your display card is not working properly". Often you need to go to the website of your VGA card manufacturer and download the latest driver for your card.

There have been other people who fixed the problem by rolling back to the previous version of PowerDVD too.

I have a ACER ASPIRE 5517, Windows 7, wi-fi laptop. I'm unable to what DVD movies or watch the ones that I've copied. A pop up box, says: DVD internal error code: (8 numbers shown)

install VLC MEDIA PLAYER. goto www.ninite.com then check vlc. Then click install. after it installs try to play in using vlc. let me know. good luck.

The same way it is done in desktop ........if your computert odes not have a optical drive then you can download movies from the internet if you have internet connection or you can get movies in a flash drive form some other source and put it in your laptop

Try by adjusting the picture resolution for both TV and laptop. Cable is OK. Otherwise, you wont get any picture at all.

Try updating the Video Card Driver from the Asus Support site http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us for your product, or you can go directly to the manufacturers website, depending on who makes the video card:

Try a company called N.C.H.au who supply screen sharing and othe video software but why not try a site called watchmovies.net they allow you to stream movies free.

You will need to download codec for watching specific movie.
Movie you are trying to watch must be in different codec that available on your computer.
