The thread from the needle keeps missing the thingy that catches it so that the bobbin thread can make the stich. I dont know what is wrong can anyone help me?
Suspect the lower drive mechanism is out of time with the upper drive. See your local service agency for repair.

The timing should be such that the needle bottoms and returns enough to form an outward loop so that the hook on the bobbin carrier will pass into the needle loop and carry the loop around 1-turn. You change timing by releasing set screws or shaft clamps near the drive for the bobbin carrier. This seems to be more of an art process than a fixed thing like timing an engine. You will have to fumble with it until you get the timing right. Hope this helps enough that you can get it running!

I had the same problem. I checked all the timing mechanisms from needle bar height to shuttle. Nothing seemed wrong and then my father realized the knob (bobbin case) that makes the bobbin tension which lies inside the shuttle was too loose. He restricted it with the sheet metals around it so that it shouldn't move so freely up and down and the problem was solved. I couldn't find any information or suggestion talking about it and how important it is. Maybe it's adjustments are so routine but my mother didn't know how important it is even though she has used the machine over 10 years. So, I suggest before you go for the timing issues, you should check the tension adjustments especially movement of the bobbin case.
