Solution
Use the instructions below to resolve the issue by restarting the product.
Disconnect the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable from the back of the product, but leave the product turned on.
Open the cover of the product and remove the print cartridges.

Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product and wait for one minute.

You could have a bad network card. Print a configuration page and if it prints a second page with network information, then the card is good. If not, you need a new card.
The page is found under the information tab in the menus.
just load the disk into your computer. go to your My Computer Icon double click it. then double click the CD/DVDROM drive. then just follow the instructions.
