I too have the same problem with my Nokia 6300. Every other site I've seen tells me that I need to contact my operator, due to some bb5 code, and that they will charge quite a bit. My imei number is 359811012004385

Maybe I should mention that my phone is blocked on o2 UK Pay and Go.
