If that is the case, the best way to resolve the issue is to uninstall and reinstall the device.

please refer to this manual:

Hi First, are the drivers installed so that you can see the network but you just can't connect to it? Is the card activated? To get the Pc card activated contact the service provider I assume you mean Verizon United States Verizon Wireless www.verizonwireless.com 1-888-466-4646 When your card is activated you should be able to connect to Verizon network, this will have to be done directly with verizon we can't do it for you.

Dsl3780 internet light continues coming red and not converts into green after reset the router

you need to call your ISP
if they ISP installed that DSL3780
it only connects to a ASDL land line service, your ISP
no ISP stated by you but only THEY can make ASDL work.
RED LED means the ISP has a problem , activating the DSL modem inside your unit, only they can cure that. ok?
you need to call them and we are not them,.

I have attached my DI-524UP to a new modem but now I can not use the internet. the wireless is working as it conecets but the internet is not connected. The lights are flashing on the front of the unit...

Your D-Link DI-24UP needs to "log into" your ISP's network again - by switching it to a new
(DSL? cable?) modem, your router lost its "login" with the ISP.
Solution: power cycle the router. This will force it to log back into your ISP's network, at which
time you'll have to supply (probably manually), your account name and password that your account
has with your ISP.

I have an SB5102 modem, purchased from my current ISP in Canada. I am leaving the country and so discontinuing service. Can I use the modem for connecting to another ISP -- in the US or even in Europe?...

You are right in that your ISP is wrong that it won't work anywhere but with them. This type of modem is used all over the United States with different types of ISP. The thing is that you could try to hook it up with a small cable company in the US but it all depends on how they will except it. It always depends on what the companies rules are. In the United States you rarely buy a cable modem it just comes with the service.
