I forgot my password on my toshiba tv and i need to change it

Just select the Windows 7 and the user whose password you forgot, and then click Reset Password button. Password will be immediately reset to blank password, which means your Toshiba laptop gets unlocked at this point. After that, disconnect the USB or CD drive. Press the "MENU" button, select Prefer, highlight Parental Control and press the right arrow key or menu button to enter the PIN code entry screen. 0000 is the default password. When the correct PIN # is entered the Parental Control Menu opens and you can change your settings and PIN code here.

try this password "Toshiba" and then you can delete the password or change it to your desired one..

the default password should be "123456".

If u did changed the default password, then u need to enter setting mode 08 - 263 to check or edit the password.
