Check your door springs to make sure one isn't broken and also remove the cover and check the drive gear. It is a white gear just in front of the motor and could be stripped.

My brand new fridge, one door style will not self close.

front raise 1 or 1 1/2 inches the side that is the door hinge side is 1/2 inch higher then the handle side. Tilt it on a slit angle towards the way that will force the door with the added weight of food on door shelf's. A perfectly level fridge is a useless fridge. If its only mission is for the doors to close from the maximum range its able to open.

How to put in a upper door hinge pin

Put a jack under the door with a piece of 2x4, as close to the middle as you can. Jack up the door, watching the hinge pin until pin is in the center of the movement range. Put a long metal rod or socket extension on the bottom of the pin and tap out with a hammer. Use same rod to remove bronze - alloy bushing. Tap new bushing in and use a 16 penny nail to check alignment of holes in hinge to bushing, raise or lower jack to center. Tap in new hinge pin. Release jack and check door for alignment on latchpin - If low, jack up door to relieve pressure, loosen upper / lower hinge bolts, raise door with jack approximately 1/8 inch, retighten bolts, remove jack and test Repeat procedure until pin strikes the center of the latch..

Garage door only raises about two inches then stops.

Check the door springs and also remove the cover from the motor unit and check the drive gear. The door spring could be broken or the drive gear may be stripped.

The sensors only work when the door is closing.

Leaking from bottom middle and right side of door

The center spray arm may not be turning straight and level, causing water to spray over the top of the splash shield. The shield needs to be adjusted to block water as it is sprayed from the center arm.

1. Remove the bottom door seal and reinstall, making sure there is not less than 3/8 inch of seal showing below bottom of internal door panel before closing the door.
2. Check tub seal, at the bottom the tub, seal makes a right angle and points to front of tub. In tub bottom there is a block molded in the tub, the tub seal is to fill this block but not extend over.
3. Select the shortest wash cycle or just use a rinse and hold cycle if available. Run the cycle, making sure the water spray changes from bottom to center not less than twice before making any adjustments.
4. If splash over is found, work only one side at a time. Remove black door seal enough to raise the splash shield up off the bottom of the tub not more than 1/8 inch and reinstall door seal properly. Retry and check for leaks.
5. If leak persists, remove door seal again. This time raise shield an additional 1/16 of an inch, then reinstall tub seal. After the first adjustment of 1/8 inch, any other adjustments will be no more than 1/16 inch at a time.
6. After splash over is stopped on one side go to the opposite side if needed.

Freezer Door will not stay closed, opens about a half inch after removing pressure.

You can try and adjust the front legs of the frig raising the front about one or two inches. This will but more pressure on the door seal.
Sometimes if you slam the frig door the freezer door will try and open. Tilting the frig back will help solve this problem.

Frezer door opens when you close refrigerator door

The lower hinge on each door may have a door closing cam. It raises the door up ¼ inch when opening and this assist in closing the door. If it’s wore out and doesn’t work the door may not seal and the gasket can be damaged. Watch the operation of the door to see if it rises up when opened.

Two identical Sears doors jump about 6 to 8 inches up when opener button pressed. Periodically doors will stop at that point, need to be closed and then reopened to operate properly. Have tried adjusting...

It sounds like the door springs may be mis-adjusted. Release the doors from the opener and try raising and lowering them manually. They should not try to rise on their own.

The fridge side door will not close completely.

You probably have a broken door closing cam which raises the door up 1/4 inch when opened to assist in closing by using gravity. See if both doors rise up when opened. The cam is usually a black plastic piece which brakes in two.
