I need the 5 digit code that will control my Sony DAV-HDX500 DVD Home Theatre System from my DirecTV HD21-200 Receiver remote control. The DirecTV HD receiver remote has two mode switches (AV1, AV2) that should allow me to control my Sony home theatre system with the HD receiver remote. Where do I find the needed control code?
This helped with my remote settings:
1. While still on AUX, press and hold SETUP again until the remote blinks twice
2. Type 994
3. Press and release SETUP
4. Type 32975
5. Press and release VOL+
The
remote should blink twice. That should reprogram the VOL+ to work with
your Sony HT device. For each of the following function codes, follow
the same steps and use the codes listed below:
Vol+ = 32975
Vol- = 31951
Power = 32719
Mute = 33743
Input/Function = 44750
and try these : Sony15 seems to work for me.
