screen started to freeze then went white. this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. And since I cant afford a new phone, it'll be my 4th chocolate in 1 year. First a big scratch appeared on the screen out of nowhere. then the screen turned white. Now none of the buttons (touch sensitive or regular) work. I can't use my phone at all. my chocolate has a white screen all the time. No matter what i do the screen continues being white.

I was on the phone for 2 hours and then it had no battery so it turned off. So i got my charger to charge it, and then the screen turned white and then after the verizon wireless symbol came up but then turned black and keeps repeating that pattern without stopping. This phone really is a P.O.S phone. Im on my 3rd one in under a month because i keep getting the white screen or the verizon screen flashes on and off nonstop. So today i went to verizon store to have them switch it out and they told me i had to go through the insurance company now and they would overnight the same P.O.S phone for $100. I wanted to laugh in the guys face. If anyone would ask me my opinion on this phone i would tell them not to waste their $ and just buy a phone and i-pod or some music device. I didn't drop my phone, get it wet, or do any damage. I have had this phone for a year. It was fine this morning, I turned it off while at work & when I turned it back on it was a white screen. The only way to turn my phone off is to take the battery off. I cannot use my phone at all now.

First the numbers all stopped working, then the buttons stopped. My husband plugged it in to charge and when he unplugged it the screen went all white and nothing has worked since. It still rings when people call though.. HELPFUL!
