How to load staples in canon imagerunner 3300 copier

Hi,
frst: did you set the staples according to the instructions?
second: try the few times remove and insert staple cartridge in and out, until you heare the loading clicks.
third: check the staple holder for damadges or residuals of staples.

pull the finisher out

you will see the staple in the end of it

pull up the staple cartridge using the green handle

then insert the new one

CHECK TO SEE IF YOU HAVE A STAPLE JAMMED IN THE STPLER UNIT FIRST, MOST LIKELY THATS YOUR PROBLEM,GOOD LUCK !!!

Look in the Reference Guide. This should come with your copier if you bought it new. Do you have Finisher J1 (internal finisher, paper comes out above paper trays) or the SaddleFinisher and inner2way tray (paper comes out on left hand side of machine).
For finisher J1 look starting on page 7-38. Saddle Finisher 7-61.

The English versions (which I use, I don't speak Italian) are the ones with ENG in the name.

Canon ir3300 is a black and white 33 ppm (A4) copier , printer (network), fax and scanner ( b/w).

It should be in a door below your control panel. If you have a finisher on the left hand side (not pictured in profile) you may need to open a front cover door. There should be a visible handle depression for this.
