Watch out for the Web Sites that promise the driver replacement for you. Often they force you to download software that will slow you down, or in some cases they throw in a trojan or two. Always try the manufacturer website first and go to a support page. I ddid a quick look and found Lexmark driver support at this URL

It has a form that asks questions like what your OS is, windows version, because Drivers often are designed for specific OS's. You should get what you need here with fear of viruses or trojans.

You can also go to Lexmark's Site and download the drivers, but I didn't see an X5200. Maybe it's an X5270 but just type in the model on their site and click go.
