You will probably have to pay to get your security code as I didn\'t find a site that was free.

There are however free checking sites to ensure the your phone is valid and not reported stolen or anything else that may prove a problem. I tried this site first for a quick check on validity and that was OK.

I then tried a couple of other sites:

You will need to enter your number in the appropriate box for the first one and this will bring up your phone details. The second one will take you straight to your phone details.

Also the second site offers to unlock your phone for a fee if you follow the procedures. I do not have an account so could not get further answers for you, but the site requests make & model and IMEI number etc. This is where I think you may have difficulties unlocking your phone, as both sites give the details of your phone as a Sharp GX. It would appear therefore that the published information about your phone does not match the IMEI you give. It is likely that this discrepancy may prevent you using such services to unlock you phone.

you need to have valid licence key inorder to pass genuine windows validation

Windows validation software (Be it Windows XP to Windows 7) has deemed that the Validation Key (VLK) that was used to install your operating system was not legally obtained. If you think this is in error, you can use the Windows Genuine Validation site to check this. Just click on the Validate Windows button and follow the instructions.

Because the validation software has currently decided that your VLK is invalid, it has disabled many desktop features to make itself more evident. This is why the screen is black, no icons, update doesn't work etc etc.

If the the Windows Validation site determines that the VLK is indeed invalid then you have two options to re-validate Windows. One is legal, the other is NOT.

The easiest and legal method implies purchasing a valid windows license key. Simply follow the instructions from this page.

The harder, potentially frustrating, not recommended and certainly illegal method is detailed at these pages.

I dont think the name matters as long as it is a valid bank account. You need to use their validation process.

you need a valid COA(certificate of authenticity). means you need a valid product key for your operating system. Once you have it, it will solve your problem.
