New battery - make sure it's WHITE and not a black one as the black ones were recalled.

My Delphi XM2GO MyFi has stopped transmitting to an FM station on a house radio. Is it repairable? If so, is there a facility in the Cleveland, OH area where I can take it?

IF you take it out of the home dock and run it on batteries, I'll bet you it works again. The newer home docks TURN OFF the FM transmitter. Try a car dock, or try it with just the power plug plugged into the bottom of the MyFi, without the home dock and see if you can now get the FM transmitter to work. Let me know. Thanks and good luck.

No reception

your antenna connection inside the unit is broken on the circuit board,i had one of these and repaired it numerous times by taking the unit apart and resoldering the connection at the board, also their antennas don't last long as far as the antenna plug end is concerned

Replace the battery. Your Myfi will not work without it -- even if it is plugged into the charger.

My tao xm2go will not turn on

Dear Glen,

My Tao solution is to buy the Delphi MyFi which appears to have an identical interface. See page 10 here: http://file.xm411.com/manuals/MyFiUserGuide411.pdf . This is expensive but service in not available.

Atenna connection when using Altec Speaker or Car Kit

Dear xm2go,

I could not find any service options for my own Tao XM2go unit. The only option appears to be the Delphi MyFi unit which appears to be identical (see page 10 here: http://file.xm411.com/manuals/MyFiUserGuide411.pdf )

I have the same problem. I finally was able to get Delphi Tech Service and found out that these units have a flaw. they have been going out after about 14-18 months and there is no known repair... neither does Delphi offer a repair service for this problem.
