Cant set up voice mail

There seems to be a problem with your phone's ear speaker. Are you 100% sure that your sound volume is raised? If it is not the volume setting bring the phone to a phone store. Or contact the manufactirer for service under your warranty.

if you diverted to voice mail send #21# to deactive all diverts if your answering machine is on turn it off setting > application setings > call > all calls > answering machine > activation > off

Change your ringtone

1. In Menu mode, touch Settings → Phone

profiles.

2. Touch Arrow next to the profile you are using.

3. Touch Voice call ringtone or Video call

ringtone.

4. Select a ringtone from the list and touch Save.
5. Touch Save.

I cant listen to voice mail with out pass code

Well a about setting ur voice mail

access your voice mail from your phone and go through the option.....all service providers have different menu options so i cant walk you through the steps exactly, but the answer should be in personal settings or system settings.....many providers have the option of turning the automated system off....make sure its on and you will be good to go!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!

go to the settings, then choose the tone settings then mute the keypad tones

if you want to set up your voice mail you need to contact your service provider to have it activated. Voice mails are added features that you can get from your SP.
