Garmin c330 no map data available

I have a gamin c330 and it just started saying no map data avaliable i need help please i have reset the product

    I have the same problem whit my nuvi 360, i think i formated the unit by mistake :( sumbody help me please?

    when i click on to anything on the where to it tells me no map data available

Did you try to perform a map upgrade to 2008? Turn on the Garmin and from the main menu touch the wrench,
then press Map, then look for Map info.

These maps are available for purchase from Garmin. Go to www.garmin.com. Click on Automotive, then the StreetPilot C330. Click on Maps, then look for
microSD/SD data card, City Navigator NT Brazil . They are charging $119.99 USD plus tax for this map.

My garmin 330 doesn't show maps
Did this problem occured after trying to install an update?

Try doing a hard reset on the Garmin

First remove the faceplate from the Garmin C330. To accomplish this there is a small indentation under the word Garmin where you can get a finger nail in and pop the faceplate off. On the right side of the unit is a reset button.
