Check and remove all lint from screen and pipe(fire hazard),if that does not work replace heating coils Chas

first things first, check the vent. if the unit isnt vented properly or vent hose isn't clear, it will take forever to dry. if the vent is clear, check the vent thermostat.

It takes the dryer forever to dry a load of clothing, no matter how many pieces or thickness. Yes, I have already checked the vents out of the dryer, there not clogged. Any other suggestions?
