Try a reset:
First turn it OFF, take the SIM card out.
Press * 3 send at the same time and turn power on. Keep them pressed untill the reset screen appears.
Give it time to work.
This might not work but it's worth a try.
I think your phone has been Black Listed.
It must have been reported stolen.
Hello mi frndz i have had de similar problem wid mi cell...i take it to the nokia care centre but dey said dey cant fix dis problem....i went to the local mobile repairing working shop dey first check mi software and lcd .....both were working fine...den de find out dat the display IC was the cause of dis problem ..i got mi cell fixed just after 60 minutes.....nd it dosnt cost mch !

The phone powers on fine. After a while it starts showing horizontal wobbly white lines going down the screen (as if the phone is feeling "sleepy"). The screen finally blanks out turning all white. Although the phone can still receive calls and sms messages it just shows a white screen. The only way to resolve this problem is to "reboot" the phone by by powering off then on. Strangely afet i removed the SIM card the problem does not seem to occur - yet.
In my nokia n70 it does not start up with SIM or without. when i try to switch it on it just shows white screen and nothing goes happen. please help me outta this...! plz...!
try use factory settings,and then phone without sim card is work but lcd may be not//???
