If this is a fan over then check to see if the fan is spinning. If it is not spinning then the fan bearing has got tight. This is easily fixed by using a thin piece of wood, like a chop stick to give it a flick and get it moving.

Works a treat every time it happens to me.

If it's not a fan oven then you probably need to get the elements checked out.

My hotpoint ew61 double oven doesnt come up to

If it is heating, but not getting hot enough, then it is possible the thermostat is cutting the element off too soon, in this event, you will need to replace the thermostat.
If it is not heating at all , then the element is probably faulty.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

Pilot Light Wont Light

Take off the top cover plate inside the oven. Now with the door open turn the oven on does the hot surface glow? If it doesn't glow then you have a bad igniter and needs to be replaced. What ever you do don't touch the surface of the new igniter human oil will shorten the life of the igniter. now if the hot surface glows then the gas valve is bad and need to be replaced. I'm betting it's the hot surface.
