Bosch Maxx WFL 2850 - the drum will not turn around

My dear washingmashine will not work.Called Bosch Norway today, waited for 22 minutes before a women answered, and she told me that the mashine was too old (6 years) to get any enlarged manual.
The drum will not turn, not under washing, not when spinning dry.
The fan belt is ok.
Can I fix this myself in any way?

Check the electronic board for a short.

sounds like bearing have failed or the stainless steel drum has detached from its carrier open the door and try to move the drum up and down there should be no movement at all if there is machine will need to stripped down
