Sorry to say this please replace keypad crstal IC,and jumper it will work 100% ....reheat the upper components and the the whole pcb,with care,the keypad ic is same as 6600, 6630, n70, 6680, 6280 LCD IC.

my mother have this nokia 6070 cellphone. i dont know what happened but when she tries to call it always says 'the subscriber you're calling may be reached through text messaging'. and from the display there's a number 2 on the upper left. i tried to change the setting from line 2 to line 1 or to other settings, like general setting, but it's still the same. i tried to turn it off and remove the battery and sim card, but still it doesn't accept the call feature..please help..

maybe your BGA ic is broken solder. re hot or re ball solder can solve this problem

Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.
