There are 2 ways to block numbers:
1. Go to Menu. Settings. Call. Call services. Call barring settings.
There you can block outgoing or incoming call groups using your provider's network settings.

2. Press menu, and then tap All friends.
In the Friends list, press and hold the friend's name you want to block.
Tap Block friend. Your friend is removed from your friends list and is added to the blocked friends list.

Call Barring - Enables you to restrict or bar certain or all types of calls to and from your mobile phone, i.e. outgoing calls, outgoing international calls, incoming calls. Barring is activated with a personal code.

You can try these out. It's the general way to deactivate call barring (NOKIA) .

Follow the below instruction:

Go to Menu,
Enter settings,
Scroll to Security,
You will see call barring on that list,
Click on it,and scroll to last option and you will see cancel call barring.

Your cell phone might not be the same with these functions,but the procedure are aways the same..

1. Step 1 Call the T-Mobile customer service phone number located on your phone bill. Tell them you would like to hear about T-Mobile's call blocking service. The customer service then tells you how you can block all the calls coming from your T-Mobile cell phone by adding this service to your plan. When you select this service, anytime you dial a number from your T-Mobile cell phone, the number will come up Restricted on the call receiver's caller ID.
   
2. Step 2 Dial *67 prior to any number on your T-Mobile phone that you want to block, if you want to just block one call at a time and choose which numbers you dial are blocked. This is another way you can call someone and to have it appear as a Restricted call on the other end.
   
3. Step 3 Program your T-Mobile phone to block all calls to any one individual. Do this by tapping Add a Contact on your T-Mobile phone. Type in the name of the person you want to call. Then tap Add Phone Number. Punch in *67 then the number.
   
4. Step 4 Tap the person's name to call him, when you have the person's number programmed into your phone with the *67 first. Every time you tap the person's name, you will be calling him from a blocked number.

Correct, the closest thing on the Razr is the call barring and it only allows you to block calls by limiting them to ppl in your phonebook. The more advanced stuff you want to do would require switching to a PDA like the G1

Go to your menu and select "Setting". In the setting environment, press select, this will take you to Tone Settings- Display Settings-Profile-Time Settings-Call Settings. Then select "Call Settings", this will give you 6 options beginning at "Call Forwarding-Automatic redial-call waiting-Send my caller ID-Line for outgoing calls-No screening". Select "Send My Call ID". Default - Yes - No will be the available options. Choose "No". Return thereafter to my your call. All calls will not display your mobile phone number to the recipient. In order to display your number in subequent calls, repeat the whole process and select "Yes" to display your mobile number. Take care.
