I'm looking for an owners manual for the New Air ACP 1000E. My wife is a teacher. The school got her one of these for her room, but the custodians took the manual, so when their is an "error" message she has no way to fix it without waiting 2 or 3 days for the maint. guys to come around.

AC is New Air model ACP 1000 E The unit fills up every 5 hours. Is there a way to run the AC without the dehumidifier? The setting is currently on the snowflake.

Hi,
No, a byproduct of cooling the air is condensation....or dehumidification... so in short.. if you want to cool the air you will also dehumidify it...

What to do with an E2 error message.

that means the water condensate tank is full, you must unplug the unit, take it outside, unscrew the condensate tank plug cap, pull out the black rubber plug and let the water flow out until empty. then replace the plug, screw cap back on, roll inside, plug in and resume cooling. good luck! :)

Loud rattle in a new newair ac-1000e bt

Buy some 1/2 thick rubber pads and put it under the unit, I am assuming it is on rollers or has feet. This should eliminate some of the problem

Well my acp-1000e has a error and load beeping noise and wont respond to any buttons, how do i reset it on is something wrong with the unit. please email me [email protected] thanks

I think it may be a blown fuse.... My unit is doing the same thing except I'm not getting an error code on the display. I opened the unit and checked the fuse, it was definitely blown. I have to wait till tomorrow to get the new fuse to see if that fixes the load beeping and the non-responsive display.
