When programing in codes, hit the manual key, then press number 1 key, this set's you on channel 1, now press program key, then press in the first three numbers followed by the period and then the last numbers. example: 155.0300. repeat this for all frequency codes. any other questions email direct at [email protected]

If it's new it should have come with a manual, but you can download and print one at www.uniden.com.

SOURCE: about how to program Uniden BC72XLT POLICE/NASCAR Racing Scanner instructions

Go to (www.radioreference.com). They have all the frequencies there you will need. I use that website at least 2 times a day. You can enter a frequency into their database and it will tell you who the user is. Great site! You'll love it!
