The format is .3gp or Mp4...but it is better to use the .3gp it compression is way smaller than the .mp4.

There in no "Video" folder in memory card ... i make a folder Video in memory card or tell me another way plzz ..
Do not use 3gp converter instead use mobile mp4 converter to convert files ,which have very clarity in view as welll as sound

Dear friend, Motorlola L7 supports .3gp and .mp4 file format of video formats only. You should first convert the file into any of the above said format. Then copy the converted video file into your memory card in "Videos" folder. Now ur video file can be viewed from ur mobile
