Nokia 5200 goes on Blank screen

Nokia 5200 every time I try to do an operation, the phone it goes blank, I heard it is software, but when I plug it to the PC it goes blank again and USB does not recognize it, how can I format it while it is turn off. tks.

    thank you, the only problem is that I cannot reinstall the phone software since the cellphone goes blank one minute after I plug it to the USB, is there a way to update the software with this turned off.

Possible that the software of the phone is corrupt or a possible hardware is defective.
You can remove the battery and memory card, have the card scanned for virus. replace battery after 15 minutes so that the phone is reset.
if the phone wont boot back the services of the Nokia support must be sought for reinstalling the software.

Try updating the firmware by plugging it in to the computer with your data cable and updating it using your nokia computer software.

u said ur phone is restarting...it is because of virus attaking to ur phone...so u need to formatt ur phone....
to format ur nokia phone u need to press *#7370# in ur phone..after tat it asks security code ...default security code is 12345....if u enter security code ur phone'll formatt.....

Nokia e 61i white screen
My Nokia E61i sometimes starts up with the welcome screen and works normal for a while.
Then sometimes the screen will flash on start up or continues to flash
with spotted colors and not come on. Could this be a software problem?

LCD screen went blank
to fix this problem is usualy simple, 90% of the time if you have a blank screen it is because the screen has come unplugged, open the casing of the phone and just plug the screen back into the circuit borad this should solve ur problem, please note this does not work if you have full white screen. hope this helps people with this problem.
