Task Bar The task bar in the display used be at the bottom of the screen, somehow it moved to the top of the screen and the problem is that I want to moved back to the bottom but I do not know how to do it.

Try right clicking on a part of the task bar and checking that the "Lock Task Bar" is not ticked in the menu that appears, untick it if it is. It shouldn't be as you can drag it to the left or right of the screen. Then click "Properties" and check that the "auto-hide task bar" is not ticked. Again it shouldn't be but untick if it is.
In these circumstances you should be able to drag the task bar to all four sides of the screen and it should remain visible at all times. If it is still not showing at the bottom of your screen, I would suspect that your graphics card is setup to show a larger screen than the actual screen can display, and you need to right click somewhere on the desk top and look at "Screen Resolution" (win7) to see what the settings are and what you can change them to to try and bring the task bar back into view when it is on the bottom.
Do any of your programmes lose their lower parts when viewed full screen?
On today's wide screen profile machines, I often find it better to have the task bar on the side. It takes a little getting used to at first, but after a while I found it more natural than at the bottom.

Right click on the task bar (I assume you mean the bar that is typically at the bottom of your desktop?)
Make sure "Lock the Task bar" is not checked
Click on the border of the task bar
drag directly from where you clicked to the bottom
Adjust height accordingly

You are probably talking about the windows Task bar that normally resides at the bottom of the screen:

Two ways of moving this task ba, to top/bottom/letft/right position of the display:

1. Move the cursor on a blank/inactive area on the task bar, usually in the largest blank area towards the right, click and hold the right mouse button and drag the Task bar to the bottom of the screen.
2. Go to the Task Bar 'Properties' (You can get this context menu by clicking the left mouse button after putting the cursor on a blank/inactive area on the task bar) and change the 'Task bar location on screen' option.

click on start button in key board press alt space in displayed options select move press down arrow key to move your task bar to down

First, make sure the taskbar is not locked. Right click the taskbar and make sure the is no check mark beside 'Lock the taskbar".

Now, point your cursor just beside the START button (outside the START orb and on the task bar), click and hold and now you can move it to the bottom of the window.

Right click mouse on task-bar and under properties you unchecked "lock the task-bar"
in that window you can chose were to place it ore
left click on the task-bar and hold, then move the mouse to you`r left, right, ore where you want to place it and release mouse key.

mine does this with windows 7, right click on desktop and open 'personalize' then open 'taskbar and start menu'
From here choose to move your taskbar location to the side of the screen and click apply. it should return, then just tell it to go back to the bottom.

drag it to the right then to bottom. first make sure its not "locked" by right clicking it.

right cilk on it to task bar and clik move.

second to do press the task bar drag out top bottom you get it
