First thing make sure your blue tooth is fully charge and on. Then go into menu go to setting find blue tooth setting go in there make sure your phone is set on enable blue tooth then turn on searching then it should pull all the blue tooth signals that are around the phone then just select the bluetooth device

If you have Vista do the steps mentioned ab ifve with the menu\settings\bluetooth\settings\change ftp folder and set it to media card. then go into my computer and drag and drop your music, movies, pics etc... into the rumor icon with the bluetooth icon on it. your set.

Not sure if you have paired your bluetooth with your phone yet. Hold your bluetooth button down untell it flashes (usualy blue and red) continuously your phone should then find your bluetooth then it will ask for a code. Usualy the code is 0000. If not make sure your bluetooth is turned on:)
